We installed a new residential standby generator system for a home in Conroe. The project involved setting a Kohler 26RCA unit on a level concrete and integrating it with the existing electrical service. We mounted a Kohler transfer switch adjacent to the utility meter and updated the main breaker panel to accommodate the new backup power source. Our team managed the liquid-propane gas line connection, including the installation of a dedicated gas regulator and pressure testing to ensure safe operation. We used durable conduit for all exterior electrical runs and verified the system with a digital control interface. This installation provides the residence with a seamless transition to emergency power during utility outages.
