We conducted a diagnostic service call to inspect the electrical components and Automatic Transfer Switch for a residential Generac standby generator in Houston. Our technicians evaluated the system integrity to ensure seamless power transition during utility outages. We verified the operational readiness through the Evolution 2.0 control panel and performed a load test on the battery. During the inspection, we also performed routine engine maintenance by replacing the clogged air filters and topping off the oil. These targeted repairs and adjustments confirm that the standby system remains fully functional for reliable backup power when needed most.
