Residential Generac Standby Generator Installation in Spring, Texas
We completed a comprehensive residential standby generator installation for a home in Spring, Texas, to provide reliable backup power. Our team installed a Generac standby unit on a secure concrete pad and integrated a 200-amp automatic transfer switch into the existing electrical system. This project included all necessary conduit runs and electrical connections to ensure seamless operation during utility outages. The installation featured a Generac Evolution 2.0 control system and a natural gas meter assembly upgrade for a continuous fuel supply. We utilized gray galvanized steel piping for the gas lines and heavy-duty electrical conduit to protect the wiring along the brick exterior. After completing the physical installation, we performed comprehensive voltage testing to verify the transfer switch and generator were functioning according to manufacturer specifications.
