We installed a comprehensive residential backup power system for a home in Houston, featuring a Kohler 26RCA standby generator. Our team performed the complete electrical integration, which included mounting a 200-amp Kohler automatic transfer switch and connecting it to the existing service panel. We also managed the necessary gas line modifications and regulator installation to ensure a steady fuel supply for the unit. The generator was set on a leveled concrete pad surrounded by decorative river rock to provide a stable and clean footprint. We ran the electrical conduit along the exterior brick wall and completed final testing of the gas pressure and electrical circuits. This new installation provides the homeowner with reliable, automatic power during any local utility outages.
