We oversaw every phase of the project, from securing permits and managing inspections with The Woodlands Township to the crane-assisted removal of the existing unit. The installation involved preparing a reinforced poured concrete equipment pad and utilizing a crane for the precise positioning of the heavy machinery. We conducted extensive trenching for electrical and gas lines, verifying that all utility runs reached the required depths and passed the pressure testing necessary for long-term safety, followed by rigorous system commissioning.
