High-Rise Commercial Interior Build-Out at The Edge in Sarasota

We completed a comprehensive insulation project at The Edge, applying high-performance closed-cell foam to structural areas across multiple levels. Our team meticulously prepared each workspace by masking and covering all adjacent surfaces, fixtures, and openings to ensure a clean application and prevent unwanted overspray throughout the interior environments. We installed 8.3 inches of closed-cell foam insulation across the first, fourth, and fifth floors, in addition to applying R-38 rated foam to the underside of the roof deck. To meet safety specifications, we applied a NO-BURN protective coating to all exposed foam surfaces in the designated areas. This work provides a continuous thermal barrier, significantly improving the building's energy efficiency and structural insulation integrity.
