Project Description : This project involves transforming a vacant commercial space into a fully equipped unit, ready for lease. The scope of work includes all necessary mechanical, structural, plumbing, and electrical installations to bring the space up to code and tenant-ready. Additionally, a new address was created with the city to formally separate this unit from the main building.
