We completed a comprehensive commercial roof restoration for a retail property in Brunswick, Ohio. Our team thoroughly inspected the existing flat bitumen surface, addressing significant alligator cracking, punctures, and weathered seams. We also performed core sampling to verify the integrity of the underlying insulation before beginning the repair process. The scope of work included sealing all HVAC penetrations, rusted pipes, and scuppers with high-performance gray mastic and white sealant patches. We concluded the project by applying a white reflective roof coating across the entire expanse to enhance durability and improve thermal performance. This multi-layered approach provided a waterproof seal that significantly extends the lifespan of the building's roofing system.
