We performed a comprehensive commercial roof restoration starting with a detailed inspection of the existing EPDM membrane system. Our team addressed compromised seams, lifting flashing boots, and damaged penetrations around the various HVAC units to establish a watertight foundation. After completing necessary repairs, we applied a high-solids white silicone roof coating across the entire surface. We created a seamless, reflective barrier that enhances energy efficiency and provides durable protection against the elements.
