This 1970s garage had years of wear, cracking, and deterioration that required extensive surface preparation before any coating could be installed. We completed heavy patchwork throughout the floor, repairing damaged areas and addressing the wide joints that made the space feel dated and broken up. To give the garage a cleaner, more modern appearance, we filled the wide joints and created a more seamless finished surface. Once the repairs and prep were complete, we installed a Gravel flake system for a neutral, updated look that fit the space without feeling overly busy. The floor was then finished with a durable polyaspartic topcoat to provide added protection against everyday wear, vehicle traffic, and spills. The result was a major transformation from an aging, heavily worn garage floor into a clean, seamless, modern surface built to perform for years to come.
