We transformed this residential garage in Lincoln by installing a custom metallic epoxy floor system. We began by performing extensive surface preparation, which included grinding the concrete and repairing deep cracks and worn expansion joints. This critical prep work ensured a smooth, durable foundation for the new decorative coating. We applied a multi-step metallic epoxy coating, using a squeegee to create a unique marbled effect with silver and black pigments. The high-gloss finish provides a seamless, light-reflective surface that is significantly easier to clean than the original porous concrete. This upgrade provides a durable layer of protection against future wear and completely revitalized the utility of the space.
