Commercial Metal Roof Coating

The problem Onhorizons property in Medina OH called for help and we were happily able to serve them. The problem they were having was what most building owners have on these large commercial metal roofs which are lots of movement and that creates stress on the metal and causes leaks. Getting Started After inspecting the roof we saw that the metal was in excellent condition but with all the movement the screws were starting to fail and the seams needed sealed Solving the problem Once we were sure that our metal restoration system was best for their needs we began by washing the roof with a rust-inhibiting cleaner that not only helps free the roof from dirt but helps stop any further rust and corrosion from happening. We then applied our acrylic metal primer. We then applied our acrylic seam grade caulk on all the seams. After that, we applied our Acrylic Puma XL Top Coat to the entire roof and Affinity Urethane sealer to the gutters. This Project took approx. 7 days to complete and the building owner received a 10-year warranty on the roof.
