We completed a basement floor transformation for a home in Norton Shores. Our team began by preparing the existing green concrete surface using a professional floor sander and dust extraction system to ensure a smooth, clean bond. We then applied a custom-matched tan coating across the laundry room, utility spaces, and furnace areas. Using a specialized Sherwin-Williams finish, we transitioned the outdated green floor into a durable, glossy tan surface that reflects light throughout the space. This project involved working around existing plumbing and HVAC units to provide a seamless look across the entire basement footprint. The new coating provides a moisture-resistant and easy-to-clean solution for these high-traffic utility zones.
