We transformed a standard residential garage in Montague with a complete epoxy flake floor installation. The process began with thorough surface preparation, including professional grinding to ensure a mechanical bond and moisture testing to confirm the concrete's suitability for coating. We applied a durable epoxy base to the entire floor area, extending the protection with a matching cove base along the perimeter walls. For the finish, we used a multi-colored flake blend featuring shades of black, white, and tan, providing a textured, slip-resistant surface that hides debris and stands up to heavy use. The addition of the matching epoxy baseboard creates a seamless, watertight seal between the floor and the walls.
