We completed a garage floor renovation for a residential property in Grand Rapids. Our team prepared the existing concrete surface before applying a multi-layer epoxy flake system to the entire main floor and the entry stairs. We ensured a seamless finish around the existing floor drains and the perimeter of the workspace. We used a grey and black speckled epoxy flake finish to provide a durable and slip-resistant surface. The application included coating the concrete steps and landing to match the main garage floor, creating a cohesive and professional appearance. This new high-gloss finish significantly improved the garage's durability and ease of maintenance.
