We transformed a residential garage and several interior utility spaces in Mears, Michigan, by installing a multi-layer epoxy flake floor system. Our team began with thorough surface preparation, using industrial diamond grinders to open the concrete pores and repairing all visible cracks to ensure a perfectly level base. We applied a custom Torginol polymer flake blend in a Dovetail FB-600 finish to provide a durable and slip-resistant surface across the entire footprint. This high-performance coating was extended through the garage and into adjoining closets and mechanical rooms for a seamless and unified look. The final result offers a chemical-resistant and easy-to-clean floor designed to withstand heavy vehicle traffic for years to come.
