We completed a garage floor transformation for a homeowner in Spring Lake. Our team prepared the existing concrete surface by addressing stains, debris, and visible seams before applying a multi-layered epoxy coating. We focused on creating a seamless and durable finish that protects the underlying concrete from future wear and tire markings. We installed a Rocky Ridge flake system using 1/8-inch decorative chips in a gray, white, and black blend. The project included the application of matching baseboard trim to provide a cohesive look throughout the interior garage space. This new speckled epoxy surface provides a high-traction, easy-to-clean solution that significantly improves the utility and longevity of the floor.
