We completed a full epoxy floor transformation for a residential garage and interior utility area in Mears. Our team prepared the concrete substrate by grinding the surface and meticulously repairing vertical cracks and floor patches. We addressed expansion joints and prepared the subfloor to ensure a long-lasting bond for the multi-layer coating system. For the final finish, we applied a decorative flake system in the Tidal Wave color palette, which blends grey, white, and blue tones. We also integrated a matching cove base along the wall perimeters to create a seamless, moisture-resistant barrier. This installation provides a durable, high-performance surface that is significantly easier to maintain than bare concrete.
