We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration of several metal-sided outbuildings and a pole barn in Mears. Our team performed thorough pressure washing to prep the surfaces and addressed visible wood rot on door frames and window trim. We then applied fresh paint to the vertical metal siding, garage doors, and pedestrian entrances to restore the property's appearance. The project involved painting multiple structures, including a large pole barn and storage sheds featuring corrugated metal roofing and vertical paneling. We replaced or repaired weathered wooden components near the concrete thresholds before finishing the trim and doors in contrasting white and dark tones. These updates provided a durable, weather-resistant finish that protects the buildings from the elements.
