We completed comprehensive interior wall repairs and exterior column preparation at a school facility in Muskegon. Our team addressed significant sections of peeling paint and damaged drywall throughout the hallways and classrooms. We systematically stripped deteriorated materials to expose the underlying masonry before performing extensive patching. We applied joint compound and sanded numerous surfaces to ensure a smooth, uniform finish ready for new paint. To protect the facility's varied flooring, we used professional masking techniques and drop cloths across tile, carpet, and terrazzo surfaces. We also performed specialized repairs on exterior concrete support pillars, addressing surface wear and prepping them for a durable new coating.
