We completed a comprehensive refresh of this residential deck in Muskegon by addressing both surface wear and structural repairs. Our team carefully inspected the existing wood, repairing damaged planks and replacing sections of the railing system with durable pressure-treated lumber and black metal balusters to enhance safety and style. We also installed new lattice and horizontal skirting to create a clean, finished appearance against the home’s exterior. Following detailed prep work, we applied a solid-color waterborne stain to seal and protect the wood against the elements. This renovation restored the functionality of the deck while ensuring the structure is well-prepared for years of continued use.
