Lakefront Deck Pressure Washing, Exterior Wood Staining, and Painting in West Olive MI

We completed a comprehensive exterior cleaning and staining project for this lakefront property in West Olive. Our crew began by power washing the exterior to remove dirt, buildup, and contaminants. Once dry, we completed all necessary surface preparation, including hand scraping loose and peeling material, sanding, caulking gaps, and filling cracks and imperfections as needed. All decking including railings, posts, and steps leading down to Lake Michigan were washed thoroughly and received 2 coats of stain. After the prep was complete, we applied two coats of exterior stain to exterior shingles, cedar trim, soffits, fascia, and windows. We caulked and filled any nail holes and applied 2 coats of finish paint to exterior pillars, and garage doors.
