This Elmhurst home received a complete exterior transformation, completed in multiple phases. We started by installing a new asphalt shingle roof on the entire home, giving the house a fresh and reliable roofing system. From there, we removed the existing front vestibule and rebuilt the entry with new decking, stairs, railings, and a custom portico featuring a black metal accent roof. After the new entry was built, we installed a new front door to further update the home’s curb appeal. The final phase included new James Hardie siding in Pearl Gray, along with new vinyl shutters to complete the exterior. The finished project dramatically improved the home’s curb appeal while preserving its classic Elmhurst character.
