Customers lower deck began to collapse due to improper ledger fastening to the homes structure and due to improper footings for the 6x6 supports. We temporarily supported the upper decks and third floor addition, completely removed the lower decking and structure framing, removed the existing 6x6 support posts, dug out and installed 12"x4' SonoTube concrete support columns, installed support ledgers under 2nd story deck framing, installed all new support framing for first floor decking and installed all new 2x6 floor decking.
