We completed a comprehensive HVAC system upgrade in Santa Rosa, replacing dated equipment with a high-efficiency Carrier heat pump. Our team installed the new outdoor condenser unit on a leveled mounting pad and integrated a new air handler within the interior ceiling cavity. This transition required precision plumbing for the copper refrigerant lines and the installation of a dedicated PVC drainage system. To support the new configuration, we installed a Grundfos circulator pump and upgraded the exterior electrical components with a new disconnect box and surge protection. These updates provide the home with a more reliable and energy-efficient climate control solution.
