We completed a comprehensive HVAC system replacement and ductwork overhaul for this residence in Petaluma. Our team removed the outdated BDP unit and installed a high-efficiency Carrier fan coil and outdoor condenser system. We also performed necessary electrical upgrades, including new dedicated breakers and surge protection, to ensure the new equipment operates safely and reliably. We replaced old, damaged crawlspace ducting with new flexible insulated ducts ranging from 8 to 14 inches in diameter. Each joint was meticulously sealed with white mastic and secured with metallic mounting straps to eliminate air leaks and improve thermal efficiency. We finished the installation by charging the system and verifying performance using digital manifold gauges to guarantee optimal cooling and airflow throughout the home.
