We completed a comprehensive dual HVAC upgrade for this San Geronimo residence, replacing the existing Bryant gas furnaces with new high-efficiency Carrier heat pump systems. This upgrade provides the home with efficient, all-electric heating and cooling while improving year-round comfort and system performance. Our team carefully installed the new Carrier heat pump equipment in the existing utility closet and attic locations, utilizing insulated ductwork, moisture-sensing overflow protection, and durable PVC condensate drainage for long-term reliability. Each system was professionally evacuated, vacuum tested, and precisely charged to ensure proper operation and efficiency. To complete the installation, we integrated the new multi-zone heat pump systems with smart thermostat controls, providing convenient and consistent temperature management throughout the home.
