A Warm Neutral Living Room with a Bold Accent Feature
This project focused on refreshing the living room and stairwell with a balanced blend of soft neutrals and a confident accent color. Our crew, led by Marvin, transformed the space into something that feels calm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. Interior Highlights Living Room Walls: The main living room walls were painted in Sherwin-Williams Eaglet Beige SW7573 (eggshell), a warm neutral that adds softness and depth without overpowering the space. This shade creates a comfortable backdrop that works beautifully with natural light. Accent Wall: One wall was finished in Coral Island SW6332 (eggshell), introducing a vibrant yet refined pop of color. Before applying this deeper tone, the surface was primed to ensure full, even coverage and rich color payoff. The accent wall adds personality and visual interest while still feeling cohesive. Surface Repairs: The team patched and repaired the area where an old TV bracket had been mounted, restoring the wall to a smooth, seamless finish before painting. Stairwell: The stairwell walls were refreshed in Eaglet Beige SW7573 (eggshell), maintaining a consistent flow from the living room into the transition space. This continuity keeps the home feeling open and connected. Preparation and Craftsmanship All walls were prepped, sanded, and cleaned before receiving two coats of premium Sherwin-Williams Cashmere. As always, we followed our No Liquid Rule, protecting floors and surrounding surfaces before bringing supplies onsite. Marvin completed a final walkthrough to ensure smooth coverage, sharp edges, and a finished result that feels intentional and polished. ✨ This project shows how pairing a warm neutral with a bold accent wall can completely change the energy of a room without overwhelming the space.
