Exterior Refresh at Carriage Court Condominiums in Queen Village
Our crew, led by Mynor, completed a stunning exterior transformation at Carriage Court Condominiums in Queen Village, combining classic neutrals with bold architectural accents for a refreshed, elegant finish. Exterior Work Stucco & Cornices: Cleaned, repaired, and coated with Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP in White Duck (flat) for a soft, sophisticated tone that enhances the building’s architectural character while providing durable, weather-resistant protection. Trim, Railings & Metal Details: Painted in Tricorn Black (semigloss) using Emerald Rain Refresh and Multi-Surface Acrylic, delivering a rich, sharp contrast against the lighter stucco. Beams, Lentils & Columns: Finished in a combination of Tricorn Black and Iron Ore, giving structure and depth to the building’s design. Entry Doors: Both entry doors were sanded, prepped, and painted in Multi-Surface Acrylic Satin in Chinese Red, adding a bold, inviting pop of color that brightens the entrance. Mailbox Enclosure: Repainted in White Duck, with new hardware installed for a clean, modern finish. Additional Features: The chimney stack, garage door frames, and security spikes were refinished in Tricorn Black, tying together the building’s refined black-and-white palette. Preparation & Quality All exterior surfaces were pressure washed, scraped, sanded, caulked, and primed where needed before applying two coats of premium Sherwin-Williams paints. Mynor’s crew followed Groovy Hues’ full prep protocol — including daily cleanups, material organization, and a final client walkthrough to ensure perfection. ✨ This project showcases how thoughtful color selection and precise craftsmanship can bring new life to historic multi-unit properties — balancing elegance, protection, and standout curb appeal.
