Exterior Refresh in Fairmount
Our crew, led by Jose R, completed a stunning exterior project in the Fairmount neighborhood that added fresh style and protection to this historic rowhome. Metal Cornice & Trimwork We revitalized the home’s cornice and detailed trim with Sherwin-Williams Multi-Surface Acrylic in Rainstorm (SW 6230, satin) and Rookwood Jade (SW 2812, satin). This bold color pairing created a sophisticated contrast that highlights the architectural details beautifully. Windows, Lintels & Sills The window capping and lintels were refreshed in Rainstorm, while the sills were accented in Rookwood Jade, tying the palette together and giving the façade a polished, cohesive look. Foundation & Ironwork We applied Elastomeric Rainstorm to the foundation wall for durability and long-lasting protection. The basement window bars and railings were coated with Oil-Based Black Magic (SW 6991, satin), delivering both strength and timeless curb appeal. Front Door Frame The front entry was given extra charm with Rainstorm and Rookwood Jade accents, creating a welcoming pop of color that draws the eye. From thorough prep and cleaning to careful application and a final walkthrough, every detail was handled with care to ensure the home looks refreshed and stands protected for years to come. ✨ This project proves how the right colors and finishes can highlight a home’s original character while adding durability and modern flair.
