Exterior Refresh in Rittenhouse
Our crew, led by Jose R, brought new life to the exterior of Anna’s Rittenhouse home with a clean, elegant color palette and careful craftsmanship. Front Façade The brickwork and foundation wall were refreshed in Sherwin-Williams Origami White (SW 7636, flat), instantly brightening the exterior and giving it a crisp, timeless look. To balance the light tones, the cornice, windows, and sashes were painted in Inkwell (SW 6992, satin), a deep, rich shade that adds striking contrast and highlights the architectural details of the home. Details & Accents We removed the flower boxes for painting and reinstalled them after to ensure even coverage and a polished finish. The sides of the stairs and risers were also refreshed, tying the entryway together seamlessly. Finally, the front door and frame were painted in Loch Blue (SW 6502, satin) — a vibrant accent that creates a welcoming entry point full of charm and personality. Preparation & Quality Before painting, our crew scraped and sanded any peeling areas, patched cracks, primed bare surfaces, and protected all surrounding areas. From prep to final walkthrough, every detail was completed with precision, leaving the home looking refreshed, modern, and ready to shine. ✨ This project demonstrates how a thoughtful combination of neutral tones with bold accents can completely elevate the curb appeal of a historic Rittenhouse property.
