Wrought Iron Details: Restored with Tricorn Black (semigloss) for a polished, durable finish that highlights the architectural lines of the exterior. Preparation & Quality The crew carefully prepped each surface: cleaning, scraping, sanding, and caulking where needed before applying two coats of premium Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams products.
