Full Exterior and Interior Refresh in Point Breeze
Our crew, led by Jose, transformed this Federal Street property in the Point Breeze neighborhood with a project that combined detailed exterior updates and a full interior ceiling refresh. The result is a home that looks brighter, sharper, and more inviting inside and out. Exterior Work Stucco & Cornice: Pressure washed, patched, and refinished with Benjamin Moore Cos Cob Stonewall 1483 (satin), creating a uniform and durable backdrop for the façade. Cornice Accents: Highlighted in Benjamin Moore Sabre Grey 1482 (satin), adding subtle depth and contrast to the architectural details. Window & Door Frames: Painted in Cos Cob Stonewall for consistency and balance throughout the exterior. Steps: Side surfaces finished in Cos Cob Stonewall for a cohesive connection from the entryway to the upper façade. Railing: Restored and repainted in a durable black semigloss enamel for crisp, lasting definition. Interior Work Living Room (520 sq ft), Hallway (69 sq ft), and Vestibule (54 sq ft): Ceilings fully prepped — patched, sanded, caulked, and painted with two coats of Sherwin-Williams Promar Ceiling Paint (flat) for a smooth, bright finish. Bathroom (67 sq ft): Ceiling refinished with Sherwin-Williams Duration Home Interior (flat) to withstand moisture and provide a long-lasting, protective surface. Preparation & Quality Every surface, interior and exterior, was carefully cleaned, patched, and primed before receiving two coats of premium Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams products. Floors and furnishings were fully protected, and daily cleanup routines kept the home neat throughout the project. The job concluded with a final walkthrough led by Jose to ensure every detail met Groovy Hues’ high standards. ✨ This project highlights how combining exterior detailing with interior updates can dramatically elevate a home’s curb appeal and comfort, delivering both style and protection.
