Full Exterior & Interior Updates in South Philadelphia
Full Exterior & Interior Updates in South Philadelphia Our crew, led by Mynor, took on a large-scale project that blended exterior restoration with interior refreshes, giving Michele’s South Philadelphia home a bold, revitalized look inside and out. Exterior Work The back stucco was pressure washed, cleaned, and painted in Benjamin Moore Timothy Straw (flat finish), bringing warmth and a fresh, uniform appearance to the exterior walls. The dividing cinder block wall on the client’s side was also restored using Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP in Timothy Straw, ensuring durability and weather resistance. The front of the home received a complete transformation. All black surfaces under the cornice, as well as window sashes, were repainted with a high-gloss color match to restore their sharp, polished look. The cornice itself was carefully prepped and refinished to maintain its architectural detail. Finally, the front door was coated in Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior Yellow Hibiscus (satin), adding a bright and welcoming pop of color to the entrance. Interior Work Inside, the living room wall and soffit were refreshed with Benjamin Moore Ben Wall Paint, addressing previous water damage with patching and careful prep. The middle bedroom ceiling, doors, windows, and cabinetry were updated in Classic Grey (flat and semigloss), creating a cohesive, calming palette. Built-in shelving and cabinetry in the same room were also refinished with Advance semigloss and satin finishes, providing durability with a sleek look. Preparation & Quality Every step of this project included thorough preparation: pressure washing, sanding, patching, priming, and protecting surfaces before applying two coats of premium Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams paints. The team followed daily cleanup routines and concluded with a detailed walkthrough to ensure every surface was completed to perfection. ✨ This project highlights how a balanced approach to restoring exteriors while refreshing interiors can dramatically enhance a home’s curb appeal and livability — combining durability, style, and charm.
