Full Exterior Refresh in Brigantine

Our crew, led by Jose R, completed a coastal-style exterior transformation in Brigantine, giving this beach home a clean, durable, and modern new look. Exterior Work Stucco: Fully washed, patched, and refinished with two coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP in Cabot Sea Coast Grey, providing strong weather protection and a smooth, uniform finish designed to withstand ocean air and salt exposure. Deck: Sanded, cleaned, and coated with Cabot Solid Wood Stain in Sea Coast Grey for a cohesive tone that ties the home’s exterior together and protects the surface from moisture and sun. Windows & Side Lights: Detailed with Sherwin-Williams Duration Home Exterior in Gossamer Veil SW9165 (satin) for soft contrast, and Benjamin Moore Woodland Green (multi-surface acrylic) for the side lights — adding a subtle coastal accent that complements the seaside color palette. Bedroom Ceilings: Inside, two bedroom ceilings were brightened with Sherwin-Williams Promar Ceiling Paint in Bright White (flat) to finish off the update with a fresh, crisp interior touch. Preparation & Quality Every surface was pressure washed, scraped, sanded, patched, and caulked before priming and applying two finish coats.
