Interior Refresh in Fairmount
Our crew, led by Mynor, transformed the entryway, stairwell, and primary bedroom of this Fairmount home with a polished interior update that emphasized brightness, elegance, and durability. Interior Work Entryway: Walls were carefully prepped and finished with two coats of Sherwin-Williams Cashmere in Olympus White SW6253 (eggshell), creating a clean and welcoming entrance. Base trim was coated in Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel in Extra White SW7006 (semigloss) for a crisp, durable contrast. Stairwell: High-traffic stairwell walls were updated with two coats of Olympus White SW6253 (eggshell), brightening the vertical space. Trim and baseboards were refinished in Extra White SW7006 (semigloss) to stand up to daily use while keeping lines sharp. Primary Bedroom: Ceilings were smoothed and painted with Sherwin-Williams Promar Ceiling Paint (flat). The walls received three coats of Essential Gray SW6002 (eggshell), adding depth and calmness to the space. Trim and door frames were completed in Extra White SW7006 (semigloss) for a polished, cohesive look. Preparation & Quality Every area followed Groovy Hues’ “No Liquid Rule,” with floors covered and furniture wrapped before work began. Walls and trim were sanded, patched, and caulked, ensuring smooth adhesion and a flawless finish. Daily cleanup and a final walkthrough guaranteed the project was completed to the highest standards. ✨ This project shows how thoughtful use of neutral tones paired with careful prep can elevate a home’s interior, making spaces feel brighter, more modern, and welcoming.
