Interior Refresh in Graduate Hospital

Our crew, led by Jose R, completed a clean and modern interior refresh in this Graduate Hospital home. This project focused on brightening the main living areas and updating key upstairs spaces with smooth finishes and premium Sherwin-Williams products. Interior Work Living Room and Kitchen: Ceilings were refinished with Sherwin-Williams Promar Ceiling Paint Bright White SW7007 (flat) for even brightness and clean coverage. Window frames were refreshed and detailed with Bright White SW7007 (semigloss) to create crisp edges throughout the space. Walls were prepped, repaired, and skimmed where needed to achieve a smooth finish before painting. Primary Bathroom: Walls painted with Sherwin-Williams Duration Home Interior (eggshell) for moisture resistance and durability, paired with ceilings in Bright White SW7007, creating a clean and spa-like refresh. Window frames were touched up and coated in Bright White SW7007 (semigloss) for sharp detailing. Second Floor Hallway: Stair handrail and risers were refinished with careful sanding and two coats of premium paint for a durable and polished look. Trim and frames updated in Bright White SW7007 for consistency with the lower level. Front Bedroom: Single feature wall painted with Sherwin-Williams Cashmere (eggshell) after full prep and smoothing. The fresh finish adds character and contrast in a subtle, modern way. Middle Bedroom: Full room repaint using Sherwin-Williams Cashmere (eggshell) for a soft, elegant finish. Ceilings completed in Bright White SW7007 for a clean and airy look. Primary Hallway: Single wall updated with Sherwin-Williams Cashmere (eggshell) with full patching and prep for a flawless final result. Preparation and Quality The team followed Groovy Hues’ No Liquid Rule, protecting all flooring, furniture, and fixtures before prep began. Surfaces were washed, patched, caulked, and sanded using Festool dustless sanding tools for a smooth foundation. Every area received two coats of premium Sherwin-Williams paint, with daily cleanup and a walkthrough led by Jose to ensure a perfect finish. ✨ This project shows how strategic updates and soft neutral tones can make a home feel brighter, cleaner, and completely refreshed.
