Light Filled Living Spaces and Stairwell Refresh

This project focused on brightening everyday living areas and improving flow through key transition spaces. Our crew, led by Mynor, refreshed the living room, kitchen, stairwells, hallway, and bathroom with soft neutrals and clean white detailing that instantly lifted the feel of the home. Interior Highlights Living Room and Kitchen: Walls were painted in Sherwin-Williams Cashmere Mineral SW9637 (matte), a soft neutral that reflects light beautifully and creates a calm, comfortable backdrop for daily living. Ceilings were refreshed with Sherwin-Williams Promar Ceiling Paint White Sand SW9582 (flat), helping the space feel taller and more open. Base trim, window frames, and interior detailing were finished in Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel White Sand SW9582 (satin) for a smooth, durable contrast. Basement Stairwell and First Floor Stairwell: Walls were repainted in White Sand SW9582 (matte) to keep these high traffic areas feeling clean and cohesive. Stair risers, ledges, and trim were carefully prepped and finished in White Sand SW9582 (satin), creating a seamless and polished look from floor to floor. Hallway: Hallway walls were completed in Cashmere Mineral SW9637 (matte), tying the space visually to the main living areas. Ceilings and trim were refreshed to maintain consistent brightness and clean lines throughout the home. Bathroom: Walls and ceiling were painted with Sherwin-Williams Duration Home Interior White Sand SW9582 (matte), providing durability and moisture resistance while keeping the room bright and fresh. Window frames and trim were detailed in White Sand SW9582 (satin) for a finished, cohesive appearance. Preparation and Craftsmanship Before painting began, all areas were fully protected following Groovy Hues’ No Liquid Rule. Surfaces were patched, sanded using dust controlled systems, caulked, and primed as needed. Every wall, ceiling, and trim surface received two coats of premium Sherwin-Williams products.
