Living Room Transformation in South Philadelphia
Our crew, led by Mynor, gave Molly’s South Philly home a fresh new look by focusing on her living room and entry details. Living Room Walls & Trim The walls were painted in Sherwin-Williams Cashmere Alabaster (eggshell) — a soft, warm white that brightened and refreshed the space. For the trim, baseboards, and window frames, we used Emerald Urethane Enamel in Extra White (semigloss), creating a crisp contrast that frames the room beautifully. The careful prep work, including sanding, patching, and priming, ensured a smooth and lasting finish. Details & Accents We carried the same Alabaster tone onto shelves, pipes, and the radiator cover, keeping the palette consistent and clean. The front door, fully sanded and refinished, was painted in Sherwin-Williams Mount Etna (SW 7625, satin) — a rich, deep blue-green that makes for a striking entry point. A staircase post, riser, and tread were finished in Seaworthy (SW 7620) using Armorseal Treadplex, giving the entryway a bold, durable accent. Craftsmanship From protecting all surfaces with rosin paper and drop cloths to daily cleanup and a final walkthrough, our team made sure every step of the process was handled with care. The end result is a living room that feels brighter, more welcoming, and full of character. ✨ This project proves that even a single room update — with the right mix of neutrals and bold accents — can completely transform a home’s atmosphere.
