Main Room Refresh in Fairmount

Our crew, led by Jose R, transformed the main living space of this Fairmount home with a complete prep-and-paint update that brought new brightness and polish to the interior. Interior Work The main room received a full refresh, starting with careful prep of every surface. Ceilings were sanded, caulked, cleaned, and finished with two coats of Sherwin-Williams Promar Ceiling Paint in Bright White SW7007 (flat) for a clean, even look overhead. Walls were patched, sanded, and primed before being coated twice with Sherwin-Williams Cashmere in Bright White SW7007 (eggshell), delivering a smooth, elegant finish that brightened the space. Even small details like existing wall stickers were removed seamlessly to ensure uniform coverage. Trim, baseboards, and doors were sanded, caulked, and painted with two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel in Bright White SW7007 (semigloss). This durable finish gave the details of the room crisp, sharp lines and long-lasting protection. Preparation & Quality Every step of this project followed Groovy Hues’ standard process: furniture moved and wrapped, floors fully protected, cracks and nail holes patched, glossy surfaces sanded, and all trim detailed to ensure proper adhesion. Daily cleanup kept the site organized, and the job concluded with a final walkthrough to confirm the space met Groovy Hues’ high standards. ✨ This project demonstrates how even one refreshed room can completely transform the feel of a space— creating a brighter, more welcoming work space with clean, polished detail.
