This exterior project in Hatboro, PA focused on more than just appearance. It was about restoring the home’s surfaces and adding long-term protection while delivering a clean, cohesive finish. We began with a full exterior preparation process, including a detailed pressure wash to remove dirt, debris, and buildup from the stucco surfaces. Once clean, we scraped and sanded away any loose or peeling areas and addressed cracks and imperfections with proper patching and caulking. This level of prep ensures strong adhesion and long-lasting results. For the main exterior, we applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP masonry coating in Virtual Taupe SW7039 (flat). This product is specifically designed for stucco and masonry, providing excellent coverage, breathability, and protection against the elements while delivering a smooth, uniform finish. To complement the stucco, we refinished both garage doors using Sherwin-Williams Direct to Metal Alkyd Enamel in Virtual Taupe SW7039 (satin). This added durability where it matters most while introducing a subtle sheen that enhances the overall look of the home.
