Existing Asphalt roofing system from entire main house and extended back porch roof. Custom carpentry was done to replace the rotted out back porch roof deck, then a new rubber roofing system was installed over the section. Particular care was taken around the existing chimney with custom flashing done around those areas. Additionally, several sets of snow rails were installed above regular use doors and areas on both sides of the house. We worked with our in house crew as well as our reliable local sub crew!
