We completed a series of comprehensive plumbing and utility upgrades for this property in Durand. Our team installed a new high-efficiency tankless water heater into the existing basement utility space. We also rerouted various copper and PVC lines to optimize the layout and ensure all mechanical components maintained proper clearance from the electrical panel. For this installation, we utilized NAVIEN equipment and modern PEX piping to improve both reliability and water quality throughout the home. We performed a full combustion analysis to verify the performance of the new heating unit and secured all lines against the concrete block foundation for a clean, durable finish. These improvements significantly enhanced the mechanical efficiency of the home’s water system.
