We installed a new Certainteed Landmark Pro Architectural Shingle along with upgraded synthetic underlayment, Ice and Water Shield protection in all valleys, at all penetrations, and at all tie-in walls. We also installed all new flashing, starter shingles, and hip and ridge cap shingles, rather than the cheaper 3-tab shingles used by many roofing companies.
