A steep coastal property required more than a conventional landscape solution. Working with the site's slope, access constraints and existing landscape, we developed a terraced solution integrating Flex MSE vegetated walls, drainage, irrigation, planting and improved access. The result is a living slope system designed to provide structure while allowing vegetation to progressively establish across the terraces—combining practical site stabilization with a landscape that becomes greener over time.
