Residential Roofing Installation using ATLAS Signature Select Roof System

This was first time for Harvey Roofing & Construction installing the new ATLAS Pinnacle Sun shingles. Pinnacle Sun shingles feature 3M Cool Roofing Granules that reflect the sun’s radiant heat away from the roof, decreasing cooling needs and increasing the overall energy efficiency of the home. In the past, the only roofing shingles that offered a significant (SRI: Solar Reflectance Index) radiant heat reflectivity were very light colored shingles, such as white and silver granule colors. The new ATLAS Pinnacle Sun shingles have accomplished six unique color options that are much darker in appearance, offering the benefit of reflecting the suns heat with shingle colors that are much more traditional. Along with 3M Cooling Technology, ATLAS Sun shingles feature 3M Scotchgard Algae/Streak Prevention, 3M Smog Reducing Technology, and they have a Class 3 Impact Rating.
