Residential Roofing Installation using Malarkey Secure Choice Roof System

The full exterior makeover on this home turned out great! Harvey Roofing & Construction repaired the siding and trim as needed and painted the whole exterior of house. The roof was replaced with the Malarkey Secure Choice Roof System, utilizing Vista AR shingles and EZ-Ridge XT high profile ridge cap in natural wood color. Poor attic ventilation was addressed with the addition of soffit vents and properly located turbine exhaust vents at the highest roof peak. We installed new 6 inch K-style rain gutters and 3x4 inch downspouts. We also installed a new door opening to access the garage from back yard, which included modifying the exterior brick.
