Tile roof leak caused by inadequate draining of rain gutters causing water to back up. Removed roof tiles to repair leak and found damaged to wood roof decking and some structural framing. Repaired the roof and installed a new rain gutter downspout with custom collector box to improve drain flow from rain gutters.
