Residential Roofing Repair using Various Roof Repair Materials

This concrete tile roof had accumulated bird or rodent nesting debris under the tiles near a wall. The water seeping between the tile and wall was being diverted onto the roof deck where it was finding its way into nail penetrations from the batten board fastening. It had been seeping water for a long time, which had deteriorated the 19/32 radiant barrier OSB roof deck sheathing. Harvey Roofing & Construction removed the tiles and replaced the roof decking wood and the batten boards. A new high temperature ice and water shield membrane was utilized for the the underlayment.
