We fabricated and installed a new high-visibility monument sign for Laurel Court Apartments in South Bend, mounting the custom panel between existing brick support pillars. Our team retrofitted the cabinet with energy-efficient LED light modules and a new power supply to ensure consistent, low-maintenance illumination for the property entry. This installation replaced damaged structural components to provide a stable, clear, and updated exterior identity for the residential complex. We completed the work by securing the orange signage face to improve readability and visibility for residents and visitors alike.
